As a future educator, it is so important to build a personal learning community. There are so many benefits both inside and outside of the classroom. I enjoyed your blogpost. As a future marketer I deem having a personalized connecting leaning community as crucial as the discovery or implementation of one marketer can benefit another. Really important note on "If you have to think whether to post something" debate on if a comment or post is appropriate is very important. I agree that if an individual is having this internal conflict they should not post it.
ReplyDeleteI love how this post emphasizes collaboration among educators for student success. This chapter and book in general really goes along with your future career and I imagine it to be very helpful for you.
